Directions to fields

                                            
Vince Genna Stadium is the headquarters for the 2008 Memorial Tournament. Each team will be required to have a representative check in prior to their first game to sign a liability waiver, be briefed on rules and any last minute schedule changes that may occur.

Dimarini will have a table showcasing their new 09 bats on Friday

Memorial Tournament T Shirts will be on sale.

Tournament discounts on all Pro Shop merchandise will be on sale.

Concessions will be available.

Updated scores on weekend pool play and Monday's schedule will be posted at the stadium.

Stadium will be opened from 2pm-9pm Friday, 730am -830 pm  Sat-Sun, 730-3pm on Monday.

Mountain View High School                           

2755 NE 27th. From Third and Greenwood go east on Greenwood (hwy 20) to 27th st.
Go left on 27th. The High school is on your left. Baseball and softball fields are on the west side of the school

Big Sky Sports Complex

From 3rd street and Greenwood go east to 27th then take a left, take a right on Neff Road The sports complex is on the NW side of Neff and Hamby Rd.

J Bar J Ranch

62895 Hamby Road. Follow directions to Big Sky Sports Complex, take a left on the intersection of Neff and Hanby rd approx 2 miles. Fields is on your left.

Bend High School

From 3rd street go east on Franklin to the circle, take first right off circle to 9th street. Baseball field is on your left, softball field is to the west side of the school.

Bear Creek and Hal Puddy
Located at 225 SE 15th street at Ponderosa Park. From 3rd street and Wilson go east on Wilson to 15th street (where it ends) Go left on 15th approx 1/2 mile. Fields on your left. Hal Puddy is on the south end, Bear Creek is to the west of the soccer field.

Juniper Park

800 NE 6th Street. From 3rd go east on Franklin 3 blocks. go left on 6th, Park is on the right.

Skyliner Park
Just past the Reed Market Road / Mt Washington Drive circle off of Mt Washington. Take first left at Mountaineer Way and follow into the parking lot for Cascade Middle School

SkyView Middle School
63555 18th Street. Its connected to Lava Ridge Elementary, From 3rd street to the Parkway overpass follow signs for Redmond HWY 97 North. Pass the mall on your left  then take a right on Cooley Rd to 18th Street. School is on your right,

Stover park
1650 NW Watson Drive. From 3rd street go east on Greenwood to 8th street, go left at the signal to Neff, take a right. Go up the hiill and left on Sheppard then right on Watson. Park is on the left.

High Desert Middle School
6100 Diamondback Lane. From 3rd street go east on Reed Market Road to 27th. Take a right. Go approx one mile. School on your right.

Jewell Elemenatary
20550 Murphy. From 3rd street go east on Murphy for approx 1.5 miles. School on your left. Field is to the north east side of the school.

Elk Meadow Elementary
60880 Brookswood BLVD. From 3rd street go right on Pinebrook ( between the Wallmart and Albertson's South).Cross parkway continue straight to first stop sign take a left on Brookswood. School on your left a few miles.

Sisters High School
1700 W McKinley Butte Rd. From Bend travel east on HWY 20 to Sisters. Drive to the west end of town abd take a left on South Hood Street which connects to HWY 242 to McKinley Butte.

Vince Genna Stadium
From 3rd street take a left on Roosevelt at the Rite Aid. Stadium is one block east of Rite Aid.

Harmon Park
From 3rd street go west on Greenwood, cross River, Greenwood turns into NW Newport Ave. Take a left on Harmon to the Park

Kiwanis Park
From 3rd Street go east on Roosevelt (past Stadium) to Centennial. Park on the corner Roosevelt/Centennial

                                     Rules / Acknowledgments for Memorial Day Tournament 

To all spectators, players, coaches, parents and all others attending the Tournament:
The Bend Elks Baseball Club reserves the right to make any decision which it regards is in the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, eviction from the premises, forfeiture, ejection from a game, or any other action it feels is necessary. The plate umpire will make such rulings. Umpire rulings are final. A player or coach ejected sits out the next game, too. A spectator ejected is ejected for the entire tournament. The team involved with a spectator ejection takes full responsibility for the removal of spectator(s),  play will not continue until such person leaves the premises.

All persons attending the Tournament recognize that attending a baseball game at one of the Tournament venues does have risk and that the Bend Elks Baseball Club and all others associated with the Tournament, will not be liable for any injury, accident or damage howsoever caused. All persons entering the Tournament enter at their own risk.
Each team enters this Tournament at their own risk and recognizes that the playing, spectating and coaching of this game is rigorous and could cause injury. It is understood that all teams carry their own insurance and they will hold harmless the Bend Elks Baseball Club from any such claim that may arise.

The Tournament will NOT request verification of age of players at time of check in.. However, if age is called into question, the team will be required to show a copy of birth certificates. All championship game teams will be required to confirm age of players prior to the the championship game.

The Bend Elks Baseball Club is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings, damage to cars or other possessions brought to the Tournament.

Please remove all trash from each park site when you exit. Please keep all dugouts clean when vacating.

Due to time constraints, there will be no infield warm-ups prior to any game.
