Hall of Famer Bobby Doerr in Bend
Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer Bobby Doerr visited the Bend Elks in celebration of 60 years
of baseball at historic Vince Genna Stadium. Vince sadly passed away 7 months later but
the vitality of baseball he created still lives on today. The photo is with the Bend Elks coaches Nathan Pratt and Casey Powell and Mike Barnes.
