| On the diamond, interim head coach Scott Anderson guided the Elks to its 2nd consecutive play-off berth. USF's Peter Lavin was named first team all league. San Jose State's Corey Valine, Cal Poly's Bobby Crocker, UC Irvine's Jordan Leyland, and a trio of Washington State Cougars Tommy Richards, Spencer Jackson and Kyle Buchanan were also all awarded with league recognition. The Elks batted .267 as a team, 2nd in total hits, first in triples, 3 players in the top 10 in batting average (Valine, Lavin and Leyland) and Tommy Richards was one of 4 players in the league to record 50 hits. Oregon State's Nick Stiltner pitched awesome down the stretch with two complete game shutouts helping the Elks earn a play off berth. The Elks recorded its largest crowd in franchise history 3,142 on August 12th and a season best 44,304 fans came to the ball park.
