Bistro Deck Reservations
This group rental area puts you as close as you can get to the action without donning a uniform! It is located at field level next to the visitor’s dugout and can accommodate 20 guests seating, up to 30 guests with standing room.
Information & Cost
The cost of the Bistro Deck is all-inclusive for the first 20 people. All additional guests are priced per person. Each person will receive a General Admission ticket, a meal voucher, and an alcoholic drink voucher (for guests 21+), as well as access to the reserved bistro area and tables. $840 all-inclusive up to 20 guests, additional guests $42 each.
Includes:
BBQ Meal for each guest
Includes choice of bratwurst, hamburger, cheeseburger, beyond burger, or large hot dog, a bag of chips, potato salad, and a 16oz fountain soda or bottle of water
1 beer/wine voucher per adult 21+
Wait Staff service available (staff dependent - not available Tuesday’s) for 18% gratuity
Please note the Bistro Deck seats 20 people and up to 5 additional standing. We don’t recommend groups larger than 25 in the Bistro Deck.
Reservation Requirements
In order to reserve the Bistro Deck you must provide:
A $300 deposit
Approximate attendance number when booking
Signed contract from the Bend Elks
Actual attendance number one week in advance of event date
Deposit is refundable until 4 weeks before your event date. At that time it is no longer refundable and can at best be attempted to be rescheduled.
There are no refunds due to bad weather unless the game is canceled before gates open. If a game is canceled before gates open the Bend Elks will reach out to you to find a solution to reschedule or refund you.
