New Bend Fieldhouse Scheduling Software!
The Bend Elks are switching the software we use to book the Bend Fieldhouse batting cages, the whole Bend Fieldhouse, and Vince Genna Stadium starting January 5th! Learn all about it below!
Transferring Reservations to SportsKey
All team/group rentals are already transferred into SportsKey starting in January. If you are booking an individual cage rental you can do that for dates starting on January 5th. We will continue to allow individuals to rent cages up to two weeks in advance.
Account Creation
You will need to create an account with SportsKey in order to book rentals online. This is a quick process and will allow you to book reservations, cancel reservations within our cancellation policy (2 hours for cages, 72 hours for full facility), book camps, and buy packs for discounted cage rental rates.
Transition Period
Because customers can book up to two weeks in advance, both scheduling systems will be active from 12/22/25 to 1/3/26.
If you’re booking a rental for before 1/3/26, please use the current scheduling system.
If you’re booking a rental after 1/3/26, please use the new SportsKey system.
This distinction is also clearly noted on our “Book a Cage” page. Each system has unavailable dates blocked off so you won’t accidentally book in the wrong place. If you’re unable to reserve the day you want, please double-check that you’re using the correct system.
Rentals
Individual cages can still be reserved—either online or in person in the store—up to two weeks in advance. Full-facility and stadium rentals can now be requested online as well. Please note that full-facility and stadium requests are just requests and not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
If your team needs to reserve individual cages or the full facility and be invoiced, you’ll still need to contact Taylor McEuin directly to complete the reservation. Teams may also rent individual cages at the team rate and pay at the time of booking. Please remember, if a team books a cage without identifying themselves as a team during the reservation or at check-in, and therefore does not pay the team rate, future reservations may be subject to cancellation.
Payments/Invoices
Payments will now be required at the time of booking. You can pay with a debit/credit card or by using pre-purchased packs, which can be purchased through this link. If you cancel a cage rental within our cancellation policy (2 hours for cages, 72 hours for full facility), your refund will be issued automatically.
Gift Cards
Our Fielder’s Choice gift cards that provide discounts for cage use will not work with the new system. They will still function for the Fieldhouse store or purchasing concessions at Bend Elks games. If you’d like to exchange your gift card for a cage-rental package instead, Taylor McEuin or Kelsie Hirko can help with that. Once your SportsKey account is set up, contact either Taylor or Kelsie with your gift card barcode number and they will transfer the appropriate package to your account and zero out the gift card balance.
Going forward, to continue receiving the gift card discount, you’ll need to purchase a credit pack that can be applied when booking your rentals. Please note that discounted rates apply only to individual rentals, not group rentals. You can purchase packs through this link.
Wait List
If you are interested in a certain time for a batting cage or full facility rental, SportsKey has a “watch this spot” feature. If you “watch this spot,” you will receive an email if that booking is canceled and the time frame opens up so you can book it.
Programs
All Bend Elks camp registrations will now be handled through SportsKey. You’ll need to create an account to sign up. Camps can be canceled through your account up to one week in advance.
