Oregon State vs. Lewis-Clark State Fall Exhibition Game Canceled
In the wake of Thursday’s heartbreaking tragedy at Silver Rail Elementary School, the Bend Elks Baseball Club has made the difficult decision to cancel Sunday’s fall exhibition baseball game featuring Oregon State University and Lewis-Clark State College, originally scheduled for October 18 at Vince Genna Stadium.
This tragedy has touched our baseball community in deeply personal ways, and our priority at this time is to respect the privacy of those grieving and allow them the time and space to be with their loved ones.
The game will not be rescheduled. Additionally, the Oregon State Baseball Kids Camp scheduled for Sunday morning has been canceled.
