Access Guide for Guests With Disabilities

We want all of our fans to feel welcome and at home at Vince Genna Stadium. Below is a list of the commonly asked questions regarding access around the stadium. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to us at (541) 312-9259.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is available to the left of the main entrance. There are 5 accessible parking spaces. All accessible parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. A hanging placard is required to access accessible parking.

Restrooms

ADA restrooms are located along the third base side in the Bend Fieldhouse. These restrooms can be accessed through the BBQ Deck.

Peanut Allergies

Unfortunately due to the nature of peanut dust not being containable, there is no where inside Vince Genna Stadium that is deemed peanut free. Although we try our best to clean peanut shells throughout the games and after each game, there are still traces of peanuts in the ballpark. Anyone who is highly allergic to peanuts cannot be guaranteed an area that is peanut free inside Vince Genna Stadium.

Accessible/Companion Seating

Accessible seating is available on the first base and third base side of the Field Level Seats. Up to three (3) companion seats are also available for purchase with each disabled seat purchased. The beer garden is also ADA accessible for all fans 21+.

Service Animals

Service animals for guests with disabilities are welcome at all Vince Genna Stadium events as long as the animal is not a danger to others and it does not interfere with others (through unwanted attention, barking, inappropriate toileting, etc.) Only trained service animals will be allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed.

Need Additional Assistance?

All of the Bend Elks staff members are happy to help you if you need more assistance. All staff members will be wearing a Bend Elks staff shirt. They can either provide immediate assistance or call for assistance for you.

Assistive Listening Devices

Complimentary handheld radios that transmit the game play by play are available in the Team Store located to the left of the main concession stand. Guests must present a state issued photo ID and provide contact information for use of such devices.

Concessions

There are a variety of concession stands throughout Vince Genna Stadium. Along the third base line is our BBQ Deck. The BBQ Deck has an ADA service area with signage. At our main entrance you will find Genna’s Grill. Genna’s Grill has an ADA service window furthest to the left, which is show through signage. Behind the home plate grandstand is the Mini Concessions and Beer Stand with additional ADA counters. The Beer Garden along the first base side has ADA General Admission seating (for guests 21+) and the service counter meets ADA recommendations.
